Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Processed cheese – 6 cubes (60g), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Avocado – 1/2 (70g), cut into chunks
  • Button mushrooms – 3 (27g), thinly sliced
  • Tomato – 1 (170g), cut into chunks
  • Lettuce – 2 leaves (58g), torn and soaked in cold water

  • Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing (Carrot & Onion) – to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the avocado and tomato by cutting into bite-sized pieces. Remove stems from mushrooms and slice thinly. Tear lettuce into pieces and soak in cold water, then drain well.
  2. Cut processed cheese into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Arrange all ingredients on a plate and drizzle with creamy vegetable dressing.
