Avocado and Smoked Salmon Wreath Power Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 pack (160g) of Salad Club 10-Ingredient Salad (includes lettuce, bell peppers)
  • 1/2 avocado (about 70g), thinly sliced
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • 5 walnut halves (about 15g), crushed

  • Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing – to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise around the pit, twist to separate, remove the seed, peel, and slice thinly.
  2. On a plate, arrange the mixed salad greens into a wreath shape. Layer the avocado slices and smoked salmon on top.
  3. Sprinkle crushed walnuts and drizzle with Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing.

Tips

  • Use a small bowl in the center of the plate as a guide to help shape the wreath presentation.
