Instructions

  1. Cut the tomato into 6 wedges, then halve each wedge horizontally.
  2. Separate the broccoli into small florets and blanch in salted boiling water until tender. Drain well.
  3. Place the chicken breast in a microwave-safe dish. Prick several holes with a fork, sprinkle with sake, then rub in the sugar and 1/4 tsp salt. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes. Let cool slightly with the wrap on, then slice into 5mm pieces.
  4. Arrange baby greens, tomato, broccoli, and chicken on a plate. Drizzle with the sesame dressing and serve.

Tips

  • Adjust microwave time based on your appliance and the size of the chicken breast.
