Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1/4 carrot (approx. 45g), peeled and shaved into ribbons
  • 2 lettuce leaves (approx. 40g), torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 celery stalk (approx. 21g), peeled and thinly sliced diagonally
  • 100g seafood mix (e.g., shrimp, squid, mussels)
  • Salad oil, as needed for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrot and shave into ribbons using a peeler. Tear lettuce into small pieces after rinsing. Peel and diagonally slice the celery.
  2. Mix the ingredients in section A to create the basil dressing.
  3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the seafood mix until cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, combine the vegetables and seafood. Toss with the basil dressing and serve.
