Boiled Egg and Snap Pea Salad with Sesame Yuzu Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 potato, peeled and cut into chunks (110g)
  • 4 small cherry tomatoes, halved (36g)
  • 6 snap peas, trimmed and halved (30g)
  • 1 boiled egg, cut into wedges (51g)
  • Salt, to taste

  • Kewpie Deep-fried Sesame Yuzu Dressing (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wrap potato chunks in a damp paper towel, place in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for about 3 minutes at 600W. Adjust time as needed.
  2. Boil snap peas briefly in salted water, then cool in cold water. Drain and cut in half.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the boiled egg into wedges.
  4. Arrange all ingredients on a plate and drizzle with sesame yuzu dressing.
