Cabbage and Char Siu Choreogi Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 cabbage leaves (120g), cut into 1cm-wide strips
  • 1 cucumber (98g), halved lengthwise and sliced diagonally
  • 4 cherry tomatoes (36g), halved
  • 3 slices char siu (45g), cut into 1cm-wide strips

  • Kewpie Choreogi Salad Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage. Cut the cucumber lengthwise, then slice diagonally. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the char siu into 1cm strips.
  2. Arrange all ingredients on a serving plate and drizzle with Kewpie Choreogi Salad Dressing.
