  1. Kewpie Separated French Dressing

This hearty salad blends lightly blanched cabbage, sweet yellow bell pepper, and sliced sausages, all brought together with a tangy mustard dressing made from Kewpie Separated French Dressing. Served warm or at room temperature, it's a flavorful and satisfying side dish.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 cabbage leaves (approx. 120g), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper (approx. 40g), halved and cut into thin strips
  • 2 sausages (approx. 40g), sliced diagonally

  • A - Mustard Dressing Mix:




Instructions

  1. Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice yellow bell pepper into thin strips. Slice sausages diagonally.
  2. Blanch all ingredients in boiling water briefly, then drain and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Arrange on a serving plate and drizzle with the mixed mustard dressing (A).

Tip: Adjust the amount of mustard in the dressing to your preference. This dish can be enjoyed slightly warm or fully chilled.
