This light salad features blanched cabbage and tender asparagus paired with salty smoked salmon. Tossed in Kewpie White French Dressing, it's a balanced and refreshing dish perfect for any meal.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1/8 head of cabbage (approx. 100g), roughly chopped
  • 2 green asparagus stalks (approx. 32g)
  • 50g smoked salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Pinch of salt

  • Kewpie White French Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the cabbage. Blanch in boiling water, then transfer to cold water. Drain thoroughly to avoid sogginess.
  2. Peel the lower half of the asparagus with a peeler. Boil briefly in salted water, then cool in water and cut into 5 cm pieces.
  3. Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cabbage, asparagus, and smoked salmon. Add Kewpie White French Dressing and toss to coat evenly.
