A quick and creamy coleslaw with cabbage, carrot, and ham, tossed in Kewpie Coleslaw Dressing. Great as a side or sandwich filler.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 3 cabbage leaves (about 180g), shredded
  • 1/4 carrot (about 45g), peeled and julienned
  • 2 slices ham (about 30g), cut into thin wedges
  • 4 tablespoons Kewpie Coleslaw Dressing

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage and julienne the peeled carrot. Cut the ham into 16 thin, pie-shaped wedges.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss with the coleslaw dressing until evenly coated. Let sit briefly to allow the flavors to meld.

Tips

  • For variation, try substituting ham with tuna or corn.
  • This coleslaw is tasty immediately after mixing, but letting it sit allows the flavors to deepen.
