Cabbage Mimosa Salad

A vibrant cabbage salad topped with ham, egg, and tomatoes, dressed in Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing. Crunchy, colorful, and easy to prepare.

  1. Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Cabbage – 2 large leaves, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • Cherry tomatoes – 3 small (27g), cut into wedges
  • Boiled egg – 1 (51g), yolk and white separated
  • Ham – 2 slices (30g), cut into 1 cm strips
  • Salt – a pinch

  • Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing (Carrot & Onion) – 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Soak cabbage in cold water, drain, and tear into pieces. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for at least 5 minutes. Squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Cut ham into 1 cm strips. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Separate egg yolk and white. Mash yolk with a fork and roughly chop the white.
  4. Combine cabbage and ham in a bowl. Add dressing and mix well. Add tomato wedges and lightly toss.
  5. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped egg white and crumbled yolk.
