Cabbage Slaw with Yellow Bell Pepper and Ham

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 3 cabbage leaves, finely shredded (180g)
  • 1/4 onion, thinly sliced and soaked in water (47g)
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced (40g)
  • 3 slices of ham, halved and cut into 5mm strips
  • 5 tablespoons Kewpie Carrot Dressing

Instructions

  1. Finely shred the cabbage to about 3mm wide. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water, then drain. Use a slicer to thinly cut the yellow bell pepper. Cut the ham slices in half, then slice into 5mm strips.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with Kewpie Carrot Dressing until evenly coated.

Storage Tips

  • Store in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2–3 days.
  • Only serve the amount needed at a time and return leftovers to the fridge immediately.
