Caesar Salad with Prosciutto and Soft-Cooked Egg

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 pack (50g) baby salad greens
  • 4 medium cherry tomatoes (about 48g)
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper (about 40g)
  • 4 slices of prosciutto (about 20g)
  • 1 soft-cooked egg (onsen tamago, about 51g)

  • Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing – to taste

Instructions

  1. Quarter the cherry tomatoes. Halve the yellow bell pepper lengthwise and slice thinly.
  2. Arrange the baby greens, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and prosciutto on a plate. Top with the soft-cooked egg and drizzle with Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing.
