Caprese Salad with Olive Oil & Onion Dressing
Make an easy Caprese salad with tomato, mozzarella, basil, and Kewpie Olive Oil & Onion Dressing. A refreshing 5-minute appetizer.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 tomato (about 170g)
- 1 ball mozzarella cheese (about 100g)
- 6 fresh basil leaves (about 6g)
- Kewpie Olive Oil & Onion Dressing (to taste)
Instructions
- Slice the tomato and mozzarella into rounds.
- Arrange the slices on a plate, alternating between tomato and mozzarella. Tear the basil leaves and scatter them on top. Drizzle with Kewpie Olive Oil & Onion Dressing just before serving.
