A crunchy, colorful coleslaw of cabbage, carrot, ham, and corn tossed in creamy Kewpie Coleslaw Dressing. Quick to prepare and perfect as a side dish.

  1. Kewpie Coleslaw Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 3 cabbage leaves (about 180g), shredded
  • 1/4 carrot (about 45g), peeled and julienned
  • 2 slices ham (about 30g), cut in half and sliced into 5mm strips
  • 1 pack (50g) whole kernel corn
  • 4 tablespoons Kewpie Coleslaw Dressing

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage and julienne the peeled carrot.
  2. Cut ham slices in half, then into thin 5mm strips.
  3. Combine cabbage, carrot, ham, and corn in a bowl. Toss with coleslaw dressing until well coated.

Tips

  • The coleslaw can be enjoyed immediately or allowed to marinate for a deeper flavor.
