Ingredients (Makes 4 onigiri)

  • 300g freshly cooked rice
  • 1 slice of meltable cheese (approx. 18g), cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Kewpie Curry Spread
  • Chopped parsley, to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm rice with Kewpie Curry Spread until evenly combined. Divide into 4 portions and shape into triangles. Top each with a piece of cheese.
  2. Place onigiri in a toaster oven and grill until the cheese begins to melt.
  3. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
