Ingredients (Makes 4 onigiri)
- 300g freshly cooked rice
- 1 slice of meltable cheese (approx. 18g), cut into 4 pieces
- 2 tablespoons Kewpie Curry Spread
- Chopped parsley, to garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm rice with Kewpie Curry Spread until evenly combined. Divide into 4 portions and shape into triangles. Top each with a piece of cheese.
- Place onigiri in a toaster oven and grill until the cheese begins to melt.
- Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
