This elegant salad pairs tender chicken with the citrusy sweetness of orange marmalade and the light tang of Kewpie Separated French Dressing. Topped with okra and diced tomato, it makes a perfect small dish for parties or special occasions.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 chicken breast (approx. 180g)
  • 4 okra (approx. 36g)
  • 1/4 tomato (approx. 41g), diced into 1 cm cubes
  • Sake, a splash
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with sake, salt, and pepper. Roll it with the skin side out, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes. Let cool slightly and slice into 5 mm pieces.
  2. Dice the tomato into 1 cm cubes. Rub okra with salt, boil briefly, cool in water, and slice into 1 cm rounds.
  3. Arrange the sliced chicken on a plate. Scatter tomato and okra over the top. Mix the ingredients from section A and drizzle over before serving.
