Chopped Coleslaw with Tuna and Corn

Spoonable coleslaw salad made with finely chopped cabbage, tuna, corn, and carrot. A fresh and creamy dish using Kewpie Coleslaw Dressing.

  1. Kewpie Coleslaw Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 cabbage leaves (about 120g), diced into 5mm cubes
  • 1/4 carrot (about 45g), peeled and diced into 5mm cubes
  • 1/2 can tuna (about 35g), drained
  • 1 pack (50g) whole kernel corn

  • Kewpie Coleslaw Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the cabbage and peeled carrot into small 5mm cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced vegetables, drained tuna, and corn. Toss with coleslaw dressing until evenly coated.

Tips

  • While this salad can be enjoyed right after mixing, letting it sit enhances the flavor.
