Colorful Caesar Salad with Boiled Egg and Bacon

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 4 leaves of romaine lettuce (about 80g)
  • 3 medium cherry tomatoes (about 36g)
  • 80g bacon
  • 2 boiled eggs (about 100g)

  • Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing – to taste
  • 1 packet (16g) of Salad Club Croutons or your preferred croutons

Instructions

  1. Rinse the romaine lettuce in cold water, drain well, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and boiled eggs into wedges.
  3. Slice the bacon into 6mm strips and cook in a dry frying pan until crispy.
  4. Layer the lettuce on a plate, top with the eggs, tomatoes, and bacon. Sprinkle with croutons and drizzle with Kewpie Caesar Salad Dressing.
