Instructions

  1. Cut the tomato into 6 wedges, then slice each wedge in half horizontally.
  2. Place the chicken breast in a microwave-safe dish. Pierce several times with a fork, sprinkle with sake, then rub in the sugar and salt. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes. Leave covered to cool slightly, then slice into 5mm pieces.
  3. On a plate, arrange the tomato, sliced chicken, and salad mix. Drizzle with sesame dressing and serve.

Tips

  • Adjust microwave cooking time depending on your appliance and the size of the chicken breast.
