
Corn Mayo & Bacon Toast with Kewpie Spread
This Corn Mayo & Bacon Toast combines the savory richness of crispy bacon with the creamy flavor of Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread. Toasted to perfection, it makes a great Japanese-style breakfast or snack.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 slice of sandwich bread (thick-cut preferred)
- 1 slice of bacon (approx. 20g), cut into 5mm strips
- Approx. 30g Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread
Instructions
- Cut the bacon into 5mm-wide strips.
- Spread Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread over the bread and place the bacon on top.
- Toast in a toaster oven for about 3 minutes or until the bacon is cooked and the bread is golden.
