Corn Mayo Roll Pan Sandwich with Kewpie Spread

These soft roll pan sandwiches are filled with crisp lettuce, ham, and Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread. Perfect for lunchboxes, light meals, or a quick Japanese-style snack.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 4 medium-sized roll pans (approx. 140g)
  • 1 leaf of lettuce (approx. 20g), rinsed and torn into pieces
  • 4 slices of ham (approx. 60g)

  • Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread, as needed

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lettuce in cold water, drain well, and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice each roll pan through the center. Fill with lettuce and ham, then squeeze in Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread.

Tip: Lightly toasting the rolls before assembling adds extra texture and warmth.
