Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 slices of sandwich bread (thick-cut preferred)
- 1 cabbage leaf (approx. 60g), finely shredded
Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread, as needed
Instructions
- Finely shred the cabbage.
- Toast the bread slices in a toaster oven until golden.
- Spread Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread on one slice (inner side), layer with shredded cabbage, and top with the other slice. Cut in half and serve warm.
