Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1/2 cucumber (about 49g), sliced diagonally
  • 2 leaves leaf lettuce (about 40g), torn into pieces
  • 4 small cherry tomatoes (about 36g), halved
  • 1/8 onion (about 24g), thinly sliced and soaked in water
  • 40g rehydrated seaweed mix

  • Kewpie Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing, Half Calories (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Soak the lettuce in cold water, then drain and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the cucumber diagonally, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the onion. Soak the onion in water briefly, then drain well.
  3. Place the lettuce on a serving plate. Top with cucumber, onion, cherry tomatoes, and rehydrated seaweed mix. Drizzle with sesame dressing and serve.

Tips

  • Soaking the onion helps remove harshness while keeping its crisp texture.
