  1. Kewpie Italian Dressing

This light salad combines ribboned cucumber, flaked salmon, and edamame with Kewpie Italian Dressing for a refreshing dish with balanced flavor and texture.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 cucumber (approx. 98g), peeled into ribbons
  • 2 radishes (approx. 20g), thinly sliced
  • 50g salmon
  • 7 pods edamame (approx. 10g), shelled
  • Salt, as needed

  • Kewpie Italian Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to slice the cucumber into ribbons. Slice radishes thinly.
  2. Boil edamame in salted water, drain, and remove from pods.
  3. Place the salmon in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap, and heat for about 1½ minutes at 600W. Let cool, then flake with a fork.
  4. Arrange cucumber, radish, edamame, and salmon on a plate. Drizzle with Italian dressing before serving.
