Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 cucumber (approx. 98g), cut into long diagonal pieces
  • 1/4 red bell pepper (approx. 40g), cut into long diagonal pieces
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper (approx. 40g), cut into long diagonal pieces
  • 2 chicken tenders (approx. 76g), sinew removed
  • Sake, a splash
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Kewpie White French Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber and bell peppers into long, irregular diagonal pieces.
  2. Place the chicken tenders in a microwave-safe dish. Add sake, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 1 minute 30 seconds, or until cooked through.
  3. Arrange the vegetables and chicken on a plate. Drizzle with Kewpie White French Dressing just before serving.
