
Curry Toast with Boiled Egg & Broccoli (Kewpie Spread)
This hearty toast uses English muffins as a base for savory Kewpie Curry Spread, sliced boiled egg, tender broccoli, and melted cheese. A warm and satisfying Japanese-style breakfast or snack idea.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 English muffins (approx. 110g)
- 2 small broccoli florets (approx. 30g)
- 1 boiled egg (approx. 51g), sliced
- 10g shredded pizza cheese
- Salt, to taste
Kewpie Curry Spread, as needed
Instructions
- Separate the broccoli into small florets and boil briefly in salted water until tender. Drain well. Slice the boiled egg into rounds.
- Slice the English muffins in half. Spread the cut sides with Kewpie Curry Spread, then top with broccoli, sliced egg, and shredded cheese.
- Toast in a toaster oven until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly golden.
