Curry Toast with Kewpie Spread

This quick and flavorful toast is made with savory Kewpie Curry Spread on thick-cut bread and served with crisp lettuce. Perfect as a light Japanese-style breakfast or snack.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 slice of sandwich bread (6-slice cut)
  • 1 leaf of lettuce (approx. 20g)
  • Approx. 30g Kewpie Curry Spread

Instructions

  1. Spread Kewpie Curry Spread over the bread and toast in a toaster oven for about 3 minutes or until golden.
  2. Rinse the lettuce in cold water, drain well, and place it on a serving plate. Top with the toasted bread and serve immediately.
