Easy Tomato Lemon Marinade

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 tomatoes (330g), cut into wedges
  • 1/8 onion (24g), finely chopped and soaked in water
  • Fresh parsley, minced, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons Kewpie Lemon Dressing

Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into 8 wedges each.
  2. Finely chop the onion, soak in water briefly, then drain.
  3. Place the tomatoes and onion in a clean, airtight container. Pour over the Kewpie Lemon Dressing and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  4. Cover and refrigerate. Consume within 2–3 days.
