Easy Tomato Lemon Marinade
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 2 tomatoes (330g), cut into wedges
- 1/8 onion (24g), finely chopped and soaked in water
- Fresh parsley, minced, to taste
- 3 tablespoons Kewpie Lemon Dressing
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes into 8 wedges each.
- Finely chop the onion, soak in water briefly, then drain.
- Place the tomatoes and onion in a clean, airtight container. Pour over the Kewpie Lemon Dressing and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Cover and refrigerate. Consume within 2–3 days.
