Toast the bread and sausages in an oven toaster. Cut the toast in half and top with sliced boiled egg.
Microwave the potato with skin, wrapped in damp paper towel and loosely covered with plastic wrap, at 600W for about 3 minutes. Peel and cut into bite-sized pieces once slightly cooled.
Separate the broccoli into florets, wrap in damp paper towel, microwave in a heatproof bowl covered with plastic wrap at 600W for about 50 seconds. Cool in water and drain.
