Fluffy Egg Stir-Fry with Pork Belly and Cabbage

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 3 cabbage leaves (about 180g), cut into 3cm squares
  • 100g thinly sliced pork belly (for shabu-shabu), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 eggs (about 100g), beaten
  • 4 tablespoons Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into 3cm squares. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a frying pan (no oil needed) and cook the pork until its color changes. Add the cabbage and continue to stir-fry.
  3. Push the meat and cabbage to one side of the pan, pour the beaten eggs into the empty space, and cook until softly set. Mix everything together.
  4. Add Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing and toss to coat evenly.
