Fluffy Omelet Kids’ Plate

A fun kids’ plate with fluffy mayo omelets, sausages, salad, and rolls, topped with Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing. Ready in 10 minutes.

  1. Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Rolls – 2 medium (70g), halved
  • Mixed salad with lettuce and bell pepper – 1/2 pack (80g)
  • Sausages – 4 (80g), halved diagonally
  • Eggs – 3 medium (150g)
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • Vegetable oil – as needed

  • Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing (Carrot & Onion) – to taste
  • Kewpie Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl, then mix in mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Pour in half the egg mixture and stir gently to form a soft leaf-shaped omelet. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
  3. In the same pan, sauté diagonally cut sausages until lightly browned.
  4. On a plate, arrange the omelets and sausages with halved rolls and salad mix. Drizzle with dressing. Optionally, decorate the omelets with a smiley face.
