This quick and colorful salad combines crisp green beans, sweet corn, and sharp onion slices, finished with Kewpie Italian Dressing for a peppery, refreshing bite.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 10 green beans (approx. 73g)
  • 1/8 onion (about 24g), thinly sliced
  • 1 pack Salad Club Hokkaido Corn (Whole), 100g

  • Kewpie Italian Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Microwave green beans (covered) for about 50 seconds (600W), cool in water, then cut into 1.5 cm pieces.
  2. Soak sliced onion in water, then drain.
  3. Combine green beans, onion, and corn. Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with dressing.
