Green Pepper and Tuna Salad
Ingredients (Serves 4) 5 green bell peppers (about 170g), cut into thin strips 1 packet (80g) Salad Club Light Tuna Flakes 4 tablespoons Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing
Instructions Halve the green peppers lengthwise and slice crosswise into 5mm strips. Place in a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes 30 seconds. Combine the peppers with tuna in a bowl and toss with Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing . Tips Let the salad cool before transferring to a clean airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 2–3 days. Do not microwave in storage bags. Always use clean utensils for serving. If the smell, color, or taste seems off, discard the salad.
