Green Pepper and Tuna Salad

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 5 green bell peppers (about 170g), cut into thin strips
  • 1 packet (80g) Salad Club Light Tuna Flakes
  • 4 tablespoons Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing

Instructions

  1. Halve the green peppers lengthwise and slice crosswise into 5mm strips. Place in a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes 30 seconds.
  2. Combine the peppers with tuna in a bowl and toss with Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing.

Tips

  • Let the salad cool before transferring to a clean airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 2–3 days.
  • Do not microwave in storage bags. Always use clean utensils for serving.
  • If the smell, color, or taste seems off, discard the salad.
