Sweet, caramelized slices of pumpkin pair beautifully with the tang of Kewpie White French Dressing. This warm salad is simple and satisfying, making it an easy seasonal side dish.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1/4 kabocha pumpkin (approx. 360g), seeds and pulp removed, cut into 8 mm thick wedges
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Parsley, finely chopped, for garnish

  • Kewpie White French Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the pumpkin into thin wedges about 8 mm thick. Heat the oil in a frying pan and grill the slices on both sides until golden and tender.
  2. Arrange the grilled pumpkin on a plate. Drizzle with Kewpie White French Dressing and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
