Ground Pork and Cabbage Stir-Fry with Sesame Garlic Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 3 cabbage leaves, cut into 3 cm squares (180g)
  • 1/4 bunch green onions, cut into 4 cm lengths (25g)
  • 150g ground pork
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Kewpie Sesame Oil & Garlic Dressing

Instructions

  1. Chop cabbage into bite-sized squares and cut green onions into 4 cm pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground pork with sesame garlic dressing.
  3. Heat a frying pan (no oil needed), add the pork mixture, and stir-fry until the pork is no longer pink.
  4. Add the cabbage, then green onions. Stir-fry until slightly softened, then finish with a quick splash of soy sauce.
