  1. Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Broccoli – 6 florets (90g), boiled in salted water
  • Red bell pepper – 1/4 (40g), star-shaped cutouts + mouth shapes
  • Yellow bell pepper – 1/4 (40g), star-shaped cutouts
  • Sliced cheese – 1/2 slice (9g), cut into ghost eyes
  • Seaweed (nori) – as needed, for faces and crosses
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Boiled quail eggs – 1/2 pack (28.5g)

  • Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing (Carrot & Onion) – 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Boil the broccoli florets in salted water and drain well.
  2. Cut red and yellow bell peppers into star shapes. Use leftover red pepper to create small mouth shapes.
  3. Use cheese and nori to give the broccoli "eyes," and add red pepper mouths. Add nori faces to two whole quail eggs, and cut remaining eggs in half with nori crosses for decoration.
  4. Arrange the decorated broccoli, peppers, and quail eggs on a plate. Serve with dressing on the side.
