Instructions

  1. Prepare the harusame according to the package instructions. Drain well and cut into shorter lengths if needed.
  2. Slice the cucumber diagonally, then julienne. Shred the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the noodles, cucumber, and crab in a bowl. Toss with sesame yuzu dressing and serve.
