Celebrate Girls’ Day with these peach blossom-shaped sushi balls made by mixing warm rice with Kewpie White French Dressing. Topped with prosciutto and garnished with snap peas and shredded omelet, they’re festive, flavorful, and easy to assemble.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 400g cooked rice
  • 10 slices prosciutto (approx. 50g)
  • 5 snap peas (approx. 25g), trimmed
  • Salt, a pinch
  • 4 tablespoons Kewpie White French Dressing
  • Kinshi tamago (pre-shredded omelet), as needed

Instructions

  1. Mix the warm rice with Kewpie White French Dressing. Divide into 10 portions.
  2. Place a slice of prosciutto on plastic wrap, top with a rice portion, and shape into a ball. Repeat to make 10 sushi balls.
  3. Remove the strings from the snap peas, boil briefly in salted water, and cool in water. Drain and split in half.
  4. Arrange the sushi balls and snap peas on a serving dish. Garnish with kinshi tamago.
