Leaf Lettuce and Carrot Salad

Quick and easy salad with leaf lettuce, tomato, onion, and carrot, finished with Kewpie Carrot Dressing. Light and crisp.

  1. Kewpie Carrot Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 3 leaves leaf lettuce, torn (60g)
  • 1/4 tomato, cut into bite-size pieces (41g)
  • 1/8 onion, thinly sliced and soaked in water (24g)
  • Small amount of carrot, julienned (10g)

  • Kewpie Carrot Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the leaf lettuce in cold water, drain well, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Cut the tomato into bite-size chunks. Thinly slice the onion, soak in water, then drain. Peel and julienne the carrot.
  2. Arrange all ingredients on a plate and drizzle with Kewpie Carrot Dressing just before serving.
