This light salad features crisp lettuce and cucumber, balanced by the tangy flavor of Kewpie White French Dressing. Crispy bacon adds a savory crunch that brings the whole dish together.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 5 leaves of lettuce (approx. 150g), cut into 1 cm strips
  • 1/3 cucumber (approx. 33g), thinly sliced on the diagonal and julienned
  • 2 slices of bacon (approx. 40g), cut into thin strips
  • 3 tablespoons Kewpie White French Dressing

Instructions

  1. Slice the bacon into thin strips. In a dry frying pan over low heat, cook the bacon slowly until crispy.
  2. Cut the lettuce into 1 cm wide strips. Slice the cucumber diagonally, then cut into thin julienne strips.
  3. In a bowl, combine the lettuce and cucumber. Toss with Kewpie White French Dressing. Plate the salad and top with the crispy bacon.
