Lettuce, Tomato, and Fried Onion Salad with Lemon Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1/2 tomato (83g), diced into 1 cm cubes
  • 2 lettuce leaves (58g), shredded into 8mm strips
  • 1/8 onion (18g), thinly sliced and soaked in water

  • Kewpie Lemon Dressing, to taste
  • Crispy fried onions, to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomato into 1 cm pieces. Soak the lettuce in cold water to crisp it, then drain and slice into 8mm strips. Thinly slice the onion and soak briefly in water, then drain.
  2. Arrange the prepared vegetables on a serving plate. Drizzle with Kewpie Lemon Dressing and sprinkle with crispy fried onions.
