This refreshing salad features crisp lettuce, sweet yellow bell pepper, and juicy mini tomatoes. Tossed with Kewpie Separated French Dressing, it's a colorful side dish that's ready in minutes.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 5 lettuce leaves (approx. 150g), cut into 1 cm strips
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper (approx. 40g), halved and thinly sliced
  • 4 small mini tomatoes (approx. 36g), halved
  • 3 tablespoons Kewpie Separated French Dressing

Instructions

  1. Cut the lettuce into 1 cm-wide strips. Slice the yellow bell pepper into thin strips, halving the length. Cut the mini tomatoes in half.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss with Kewpie Separated French Dressing.
