Macaroni Salad with Creamy Vegetable Dressing

A macaroni salad made with tuna, corn, cucumber, and creamy Kewpie vegetable dressing. Fresh, easy, and perfect as a side dish.

  1. Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Macaroni – 40g
  • Lettuce – 2 leaves (58g), torn into bite-sized pieces
  • Cucumber – 1/2 (49g), thinly sliced on the diagonal
  • Cherry tomatoes – 5 (45g)
  • Canned tuna – 1 can (70g), drained
  • Whole kernel corn – 1 pack (50g)
  • Salt – to taste

  • Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing (Carrot & Onion) – 3 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in salted boiling water according to package directions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
  2. Mix the macaroni with corn and drained tuna. Toss with the dressing.
  3. Soak lettuce in cold water and drain. Slice the cucumber thinly.
  4. On a plate, lay down the lettuce, spoon the macaroni mixture into the center, and arrange cucumber and cherry tomatoes on top.
