Marinated Mushrooms with Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 pack shimeji mushrooms (about 100g), trimmed and separated
  • 1 pack enoki mushrooms (about 85g), trimmed and separated
  • 1 pack king oyster mushrooms (about 83g), halved and thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 4 tablespoons Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mushrooms: separate the shimeji and enoki, and slice the king oyster mushrooms.
  2. Place all mushrooms and the dressing into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes.
  3. Let cool slightly before storing or serving.

Tips

  • Do not microwave in storage bags. Transfer to a clean airtight container after cooling.
  • Refrigerate immediately after serving; consume within 2–3 days. Discard if smell, color, or taste changes.
