Marinated Mushrooms with Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms (about 100g), trimmed and separated
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms (about 85g), trimmed and separated
- 1 pack king oyster mushrooms (about 83g), halved and thinly sliced lengthwise
- 4 tablespoons Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing
Instructions
- Prepare the mushrooms: separate the shimeji and enoki, and slice the king oyster mushrooms.
- Place all mushrooms and the dressing into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before storing or serving.
Tips
- Microwave time may vary—adjust as needed based on volume and appliance power.
- Do not microwave in storage bags. Transfer to a clean airtight container after cooling.
- Refrigerate immediately after serving; consume within 2–3 days. Discard if smell, color, or taste changes.
