This quick marinated salad combines sashimi-grade salmon with thinly sliced sweet onion in a herbaceous Kewpie Italian Dressing. Ideal for entertaining or a light, elegant starter.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 60g sashimi-grade salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small sweet onion (approx. 71g), thinly sliced
  • Broccoli sprouts, to garnish

  • Kewpie Italian Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the salmon on the bias into thin pieces. Thinly slice the sweet onion.
  2. In a bowl, combine the salmon and onion. Toss with Italian dressing and allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Plate the mixture and garnish with trimmed broccoli sprouts.
