Microwave-Steamed Daikon and Pork
Ingredients (Serves 2) 8cm daikon (about 160g), peeled and cut into 3mm thick strips Daikon leaves – chopped, to taste 120g thinly sliced pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces
Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing – to tasteInstructions Peel the daikon and cut into thin 3mm strips. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. In a microwave-safe bowl, layer the daikon, pork, and chopped daikon greens. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 500W for about 5 minutes. Drain any excess liquid. Serve on a plate and drizzle with Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing . Tips Adjust microwave time based on appliance wattage and ingredient volume.
