Instructions

  1. Peel the nagaimo and cut into matchstick-sized pieces.
  2. Boil edamame in salted water, then drain and cool. Remove the beans from the pods.
  3. Arrange the nagaimo and edamame on a plate. Drizzle with sesame soy dressing and garnish with shredded nori.
