  1. Kewpie Coleslaw Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 napa cabbage leaves (about 170g), shredded into 5mm strips and cut to 4cm lengths
  • 1/4 apple (about 53g), cut into half-moon slices with skin on
  • 3 tablespoons Kewpie Coleslaw Dressing

Instructions

  1. Shred napa cabbage into thin 5mm strips and cut to about 4cm in length. Slice the apple into thin half-moon pieces with the skin on.
  2. Place both ingredients in a bowl and mix with the coleslaw dressing until evenly coated.

Tips

  • This salad can be enjoyed immediately, but letting it marinate improves flavor and texture.
