This simple Nicoise-style salad is served in individual cups, featuring tender potatoes, green beans, egg wedges, and sliced black olives. Finished with Kewpie Separated French Dressing, it's easy to serve and great for parties or lunch prep.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 potato (approx. 110g), peeled and cut into 1.5 cm cubes
  • 2 green beans (approx. 15g), sliced diagonally
  • 1 boiled egg (approx. 51g), cut into quarters, then halved
  • 1 pack Salad Club Sliced Black Olives (approx. 25g)

  • Kewpie Separated French Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potato into 1.5 cm cubes. Soak briefly in water, then drain. Microwave in a covered heatproof dish at 600W for about 3 minutes 30 seconds. Slice green beans diagonally and microwave with plastic wrap for about 30 seconds.
  2. Cut the boiled egg into quarters, then cut each piece in half again.
  3. Layer the potato, green beans, egg, and olives in serving cups. Drizzle with Kewpie Separated French Dressing just before serving.

Tip: Adjust the dressing amount to your preference. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
