  1. Rinse lettuce in cold water, dry thoroughly, and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice the yellow bell pepper into strips, then cut in half.
  3. Arrange the lettuce on a plate, gently scoop the oboro tofu into the center with a spoon, and scatter the tomatoes and bell pepper around it. Drizzle with sesame yuzu dressing just before serving.
